Alice Attie

Alice Attie (1950) is a poet and a visual artist living in New York City. Her artwork often explores Modern elegy and the crossing points between language and the unmentionable. Attie’s two recent books of poems, entitled “These Figures Lining the Hills” and “Under the Aleppo Sun” are published by Seagull Books/University of Chicago Press.
